TV Chef - Jamie Oliver.
A lot of people think his accent is annoying. I think it’s brilliant. I love Jamie for his honesty and heart in his food. He builds flavour, wastes nothing and makes good, hearty, healthy recipes. He comes across as genuinely in love with his food and his family. That is so important. He is my pretend hubby.

Favourite chef of all time - Ferran Adria (Owner of El Bulli and the Founder of ElBulli foundation)

He has closed El Bulli. One of the greatest sadnesses in my life is that I may never ever eat his food.
His food, his energy, his talent literally makes me laugh, cry, obsess, and crave all at once. His philosophy and his goals regarding his work and passion and food is what I wish to model mine on. He is just… glorious.
