The picture is of the Salad of rhubarb, endive, beetroot, purple carrot, rosa radish, kohlrabi, goats curd, pomegranate molasses and violet from Quay (Peter Gilmore’s Restaurant in The Rocks, Sydney).

Going to Quay is probably one of my most memorable experiences. Food wise and generally. It’s close to my heart.
